This model ensures that all articles published in our journals are immediately and permanently accessible to everyone, without any cost. To sustain this model and uphold the quality of our publications, we collect an article processing charge (APC) from authors, institutions, or research funding bodies. The APC covers various publishing services, including:

  • Editorial Work: This includes peer review, administrative support, content commissioning, and journal development.
  • Technical Infrastructure and Innovation: This involves the development, maintenance, and operation of our online journal systems and websites.
  • Article Production: This encompasses the formatting and markup of articles and their inclusion in indexing services.
  • Marketing: Marketing efforts ensure that readers and authors are aware of the work published in our journals.
  • Customer Service: We prioritize providing excellent customer service to ensure authors and readers receive prompt assistance.

International Journal of Computer Science and Engineering Research and Development (IJCSERD) is committed to transparency regarding publication costs. Therefore, the APC is clearly displayed on its website:

Article Processing Charge (APC): $100 (USD) or Rs. 8,400 (INR)

Submission Guidelines: Manuscripts should be prepared according to the journal's guidelines, available on the IJCSERD website. Authors can choose one of the following options for manuscript submission:

  2. Send your manuscript via email to editor@ijcserd.com   /   ijcserd@gmail.com

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts in the field to ensure high quality and relevance.

Payment Responsibility:

Upon editorial acceptance of an article, the corresponding author will receive notification regarding payment. The APC is typically covered by the author, funder, institution, or employer.

Payment Process:

The corresponding or submitting author is responsible for arranging payment of the APC. Once a manuscript receives editorial acceptance in principle, the APC becomes payable, and formatting checks on the manuscript begin. Upon completion of formatting checks and receipt of payment, the article will be published.

We offer multiple payment methods, including online transfer, UPI, GPay, and Phonepe, to facilitate payment for authors' convenience.
