Abstract

In this paper, the significance of leadership to modernize the IT infrastructure and achieve stability of operations is discussed. The study points out the effect of strategic alignment, cultural agility and policy innovation through examination on transformational leadership, ambidextrous leadership, and digital transformational leadership model in the determination of modernization. The empirical evidence available in international companies explains how management approaches influence cloud adoption, incorporation of AI, digital organizational resilience. The results indicate that the levels of digitality maturity and adaptive leadership play a very significant role in increasing the success levels in modernization. Ideally, the ability to bring the best of both worlds through innovation and governance will help leaders convert legacy systems to scalable and highly responsive infrastructures. The research provides some practical insights that the leaders can rely on in the contemporary dynamic digital environment.
