The increasing frequency and severity of global health threats, such as pandemics and climate-related disasters, underscore the urgent need for resilient health financing models. This paper explores the development of financing models that can withstand and adapt to emerging health challenges. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the study identifies the key components of resilient health financing, including flexibility, sustainability, and the integration of public-private partnerships. The analysis highlights the limitations of traditional health financing approaches and underscores the importance of innovative mechanisms that can ensure the continuity and efficiency of healthcare delivery during crises. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to enhance the resilience of health financing systems in the face of future global health threats.
