The evolution of DevOps pipelines has transformed software development, prioritizing speed and collaboration but often at the expense of security. This research explores the integration of continuous security into DevOps pipelines, emphasizing proactive network defense and resilient Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. By embedding security at each stage of the DevOps lifecycle, organizations can identify vulnerabilities early, reducing risks and improving response times to security incidents. This study provides a systematic approach to implementing continuous security in DevOps pipelines, reinforced by current literature on best practices and case studies that highlight the effectiveness of proactive security measures. Through empirical data and analysis, the paper underscores the role of continuous security in enhancing the resilience of site reliability, supporting a secure yet agile infrastructure.
